Disconnect an Instagram account

Sign in to Toolbloom, open Accounts and select Disconnect. This removes the stored Instagram token and connection and its associated publishing records. To remove the app's authorization at Instagram as well, remove Toolbloom from Instagram's Apps and websites settings.

Request full account deletion

Email privacy@toolbloom.in from your registered Toolbloom address with the subject “Toolbloom data deletion request”. Include the Instagram usernames involved and state whether you want all Toolbloom account data deleted. Do not include passwords or tokens.

We may verify ownership. We aim to acknowledge and process requests within 30 days, except where lawful retention is required. A full request covers your profile, latest activity record, account connections, uploads, captions, schedules, publishing records, credits and notifications. Relevant admin/security records may be retained when required by law. The administrator performs full-account deletion through the service provider consoles after verification.

Requests received from Meta

A verified Instagram data deletion request removes that Instagram connection, its publishing records and media that is not still referenced by another authorized account. Toolbloom returns a confirmation code and a status URL. If removal needs retrying, the status remains Processing until cleanup completes. The receipt does not display your identity.

Already published content

Removing data from Toolbloom does not remove published Reels from Instagram. Delete those directly in Instagram. Shared media still needed for another connected account remains until that use is removed or you request full deletion.
