Bulk uploads and batch arrangement

Add up to 100 MP4 or MOV videos in a batch, up to 48 MB each. Covers must be JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB. Arrange thumbnails in a grid and inspect captions and covers before confirming your schedule. Use a single caption for the whole batch or customize each Reel. Drag cards in the batch grid to reorder them; earlier/later arrow buttons are available too.

Flexible schedules in Indian Standard Time

Choose a start date, a daily start and end time and an interval from five minutes to one day. When a day's slots fill, the remaining Reels move to the next publishing window. Each selected account gets the same ordered batch.

Pause and resume

Pause a batch to stop its remaining queue. A Reel already processing may still complete. Resume by selecting a fresh schedule for the remaining queued Reels. Published, failed and cancelled items are not republished by resume.

Multiple professional accounts

Connect Instagram Business and Creator accounts you have permission to manage. Authorization happens on Instagram, and Toolbloom never asks for your Instagram password. Account eligibility, permission availability and app review are controlled by Meta.

Publishing status and error guidance

View queued, processing, published, cancelled and failed Reels. Error guidance explains common next steps. If a publish response is uncertain, automated retries stop so you can inspect Instagram before scheduling again.

Free, Premium and credits

Free accounts receive 500 one-time signup credits by default; the admin can change the bonus for future accounts. Premium defaults to 10,000 credits per 30-day unit. Your admin grants 30, 60, 90 or 180 days; the full allowance is added upfront. For example, 60 days adds 20,000 Premium credits at the default rate. Unused Premium credits expire with the plan; signup and admin bonus credits remain. There is no automatic monthly refill. Admin settings can change allowances and the cost for future schedules. A successful Reel published to one Instagram account costs 10 credits by default; new schedules use the configured cost. Scheduling reserves credits; cancelled or confirmed failed jobs release them. Automatic retries do not charge twice. View your credit history, notifications and latest ten queue entries with pagination. Premium checkout is not yet available.
