Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Free accounts can schedule using available credits. Premium adds an upfront credit allowance for 30, 60, 90 or 180 days granted by your administrator. No paid checkout or purchase commitment is offered in this release.
Authorized Instagram use
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must meet Instagram's eligibility requirements and comply with Meta's platform terms, Instagram policies and applicable law. Do not use Toolbloom for spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or unlawful material.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your videos, covers and captions. You grant Toolbloom permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to perform the workflow you request. You are responsible for rights, licenses and consent for all uploaded content, including music and images.
Scheduling and batch controls
Scheduler inputs use Indian Standard Time. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of media processing, account restrictions, token expiry, API limits or service interruptions. A paused batch stops remaining queued work; a Reel already processing may complete. Resuming requires a new publishing window.
When the result of a publish request is uncertain, check Instagram before scheduling another copy. Toolbloom applies safeguards but does not guarantee that duplicates or missed publications can never occur.
Credits and Premium
The default signup bonus is 500 credits once. The default cost of a successful Reel publish is 10 credits per Instagram account; publishing the same Reel to three accounts costs 30 credits. Administrators can change the bonus and per-Reel cost for future signups and schedules. Existing schedules retain the cost confirmed when they were saved.
Scheduling reserves credits, and successful publishing charges them once. Cancellation and confirmed failure release reservations. If a publishing response is uncertain, the reservation remains locked until the result is verified; avoid scheduling a duplicate.
Premium is granted for 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. At the default allowance of 10,000 credits per 30-day unit, these durations add 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 or 60,000 Premium credits upfront. There are no automatic monthly refills. Admins can configure the default allowance or an individual grant. An extension adds the new duration’s credits and extends an active expiry.
Unused Premium credits expire when Premium expires or is revoked. Signup and bonus credits remain. Future jobs funded by expired Premium are held if remaining signup and bonus credits cannot cover their original cost; overdue held jobs require new times. Processing or uncertain publishing commitments stay locked until verified and do not become spendable again after expiry. Credits have no cash redemption value and do not override Meta limits. There is no payment checkout in this release.
Service availability and suspension
We may update features, restrict abusive activity or suspend access to protect users and the service. Premium can expire or be revoked. Banned accounts and blocked IPs cannot use the Toolbloom application, and pending publishing is held. Unbanning does not automatically publish overdue work. Facebook scheduling and paid subscriptions are not included in the current release.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains information processing, including media URLs and latest user activity. Follow data deletion instructions to request removal.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or exact publication times. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be published here with their effective date.
