From videos to a publishing queue.

1. Create your Toolbloom account

Register with your name, email and password. By default, your Free account receives 500 signup credits once. Each successful publish to one Instagram account costs 10 credits for new schedules by default; admin settings can change these defaults. Keep your password private and use the recovery flow if needed.

2. Connect Instagram

In Accounts, choose Connect Instagram and authorize your professional account on Instagram. Toolbloom requests basic account identification and content publishing permissions. You may disconnect at any time.

3. Prepare your Reels

Open Bulk scheduler. Step 1 adds videos, Step 2 lets you drag thumbnails to reorder the batch and set shared or individual captions and covers, and Step 3 selects accounts and IST timing. Shared caption and shared cover are independent options; their individual edit fields are hidden when the corresponding shared option is enabled. Content must meet Meta's current media requirements and your storage plan's upload limits.

4. Choose accounts and timing

Select the target accounts and set the date, start time, end time and interval. All scheduler times use Asia/Kolkata (IST). Start with one Reel before uploading a large batch.

5. Upload and schedule

Keep the browser open while files upload and the schedule is created. After successful scheduling, you may close the browser; server-side workers process the queue.

6. Follow the result

Check the dashboard and Instagram. Publishing can take longer than the scheduled time because of processing, limits or connectivity. Pause remaining work or reschedule it when plans change.
